Online payments/ HEB &Wall-Mart pay stations

Our customers have voiced their request for additional payment options. An immense request for on-line payment option has prompted serious consideration. On-line payment option for our customers has been in the works for over a year now and we are glad to announce that North Alamo Water Supply Corporation’s (NAWSC) is currently accepting on-line bill payments.

In addition to On-line services our organization is proud to offer other new payment options available now. NAWSC in partnership with your local HEB, Wall-Mart and other local merchants are accepting NAWSC bill payments, effective February 2011.

NAWSC’s commitment toward customer satisfaction is our priority. We appreciate you and are glad to provide you with more convenience options when paying your bill.

The Mission of the North Alamo Water Supply Corporation is to provide the highest quality water, and wastewater service, with adequate flow pressure, for the lowest possible price.

I was pleased to see the online payment option until I discovered you were going to charge a fee. I pay all my bills online and no one charges a fee. I will not be using the online payment option until you figure out how to recover your cost some other way. Thanks, but no thanks.

I tried a million times to sign up online and the address field refuses to accept my blling information as I have entered it EXACTLY AS ON MY BILL…..PLEASE FIX OR HAVE ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION!

this is a big step forward on company wise and for us customers it makes it more convenient
to make our payments Ill be honest i was idifferent towards this company but these improvements says otherwise

Lo siento, pero aunque puse todos los datos de mi recibo, no pude crear una cuenta para pagar mi recibo online. Sinceramente, es la primera vez que se me dificulta crear una cuenta, ya que todos mis pagos los hago online. Lamentablemente, me encuentro fuera del estado y no puedo ir pesonalmente, asi que espero su consideracion y pronto auxilio ante esta situacion.
