Pay by Credit Card online at: www.nawsc.com Pay by cash at other pay stations. Wal-Mart, H.E.B A $15.00 return check will be added to your account. Also, a $30.00 unlock fee will be added to your account. All fees must be paid before unlocking the meter.

NEWSLETTER AS OF 12/31/09 This newsletter is being sent to each of you to inform you of events that occurred during the past year. During this past year we continued to grow at a moderate pace. Membership grew from 35,150 members as of 12/31/08 to 36,326 members as of 12/31/09, an increase of 1,176 members. The general economic conditions which exists in the area and around the country has resulted into the slower growth of our system. The reverse osmosis treatment plants located on Owassa Rd and Doolittle Rd next to the main office, both in Hidalgo Co continue to operate as planned. The Lasara plant in Willacy Co and the North Cameron plant in Cameron Co are also operating well. We also plan to construct a new 2 million gallon per day reverse osmosis treatment plant next to plant 5 on Victoria Rd bring the total number of plants to 5. Construction is 99% complete on the Hidalgo Co. Empowerment Zone Project Phase I project, which includes a 500,000 gallon elevated water tower and 6 miles of 12” water lines.
